Scamalyse is designed to respect your privacy. You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use the service.
We do not intentionally collect or store personal data about visitors, such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, location data, or tracking cookies for advertising or profiling purposes.
The only information stored by Scamalyse is the content you voluntarily submit for scam analysis (for example, message text or phone numbers). This data may be retained in anonymised form to improve our community database and help identify future scam attempts.
Scamalyse is the data controller for any data processed by the service. Submitted content is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, for the purpose of detecting and preventing scams. Submitted data may be retained for as long as it remains useful for scam detection and prevention. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to request access to or deletion of data relating to you. Privacy-related requests can be made by completing this form.
