About Scamalyse

Scamalyse is an online service that helps you check whether Urls, emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls you've received are likely scams.

You simply paste in the Url, message or phone number. Scamalyse then checks it against publicly available sources and our growing community database to generate a clear scam alert explaining what we've found.

Scams affect everyone. Scamalyse exists to make it easier to spot them before they cause harm. The service is free to use and currently has no usage limits.

We're actively working on new features, including APIs that will allow other services to integrate with Scamalyse, such as connecting it directly to email folders. Feedback is welcome as we continue to improve the service.
